The PPM Logbook collates and presents live building related asset information in a readable and useful format. It is ideally placed to provide a comprehensive overview of what building related equipment / systems are been manged by the Estates Department within that particular building. It will provides a brief overview of the type of services or inspections necessary, the name of the third party organisation tasked to undertake the service and maintenance and importantly provides both live and historical data when a particular item was serviced.
